Second Person Charged In Jersey City Wilkinson Ave Shooting
Naseem Rourk was charged in connection with the April shooting death of Rodney Wallace.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A second person was charged in connection with the April shooting death of Rodney Wallace on Wilkinson Avenue in Jersey City.
Naseem Rourk, 20, of Jersey City, was charged on Wednesday first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder, among other thing.
The shooting happened on April 13 — officers were called to Wilkinson Avenue for reports of shots fired. They found 21-year-old Rodney Wallace, who had been shot. He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Regional Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be gunshot wounds and the manner of death to be homicide.
Earlier this month, a 16-year-old was charged in connection to the shooting and arrested by members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Gang Intelligence/Violent Crimes Unit inside a store on Bergen Avenue.
