Unsafe Conditions Found At 6 Jersey City Food Trucks: Report
Excess grease and food were littered on preparation surfaces and the floor, according to the report.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — Six food trucks had city health code violations and were towed away for outstanding parking tickets and not having a registration, according to a report on NorthJersey.com.
The five trucks that were towed were: Hallal Guys, AJL Ice Cream, Gigi Halal Food, Sahara Grill and Pita, and Dosa Spot, according to the report. The sixth truck belonged to Zeze Cool and was impounded.
All the vehicles had excess grease and food littered on food preparation areas, according to the report.

The trucks were also parked in a no-parking zone, according to the report.
