$7,500 Worth Of Marijuana Seized In Lawrenceville Bust: Cops
A loaded handgun was also seized from a home in Lawrenceville following a two-week investigation in November.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — About $7,500 worth of marijuana, $2,435 in cash and a .40 caliber handgun were recently seized from a home in Lawrenceville following a two-week investigation, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced.
The Mercer County Narcotics Taske Force (MCNTF) received an anonymous tip about marijuana being sold out of home on the 1700 block of Princeton Avenue in Lawrenceville in November, Onofri said.
Detectives executed a search warrant at the home of 23-year-old Nazier McKoy on Nov. 19, according to Onofri. During the search, officers said they found about 3.2 pounds of marijuana, $2,435 in cash and a .40 caliber Glock semi-automatic handgun.

McKoy was arrested and charged with unlawfully possessing a weapon while in the course of committing a narcotics offense, a second-degree crime; and additional third-degree narcotics offenses. He was released pending future court proceedings.
Officers with the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, the Mercer County SWAT Team, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Hamilton, Lawrence and Princeton police, under the command of the prosecutor’s Special Investigations Unit, assisted with the investigation.
