Clear Cars Off Roads Before Storm: Lawrence Police

Police issued the reminder ahead of the expected storm on Tuesday.

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ — In anticipation of the pending storm, Lawrence Township police are reminding residents to remove all vehicles from the streets so that the streets can be plowed curb to curb.

"Our crews will be working to clear Township roadways throughout the evening and into Thursday morning," the Lawrence Township Police Department said in a statement. "We ask that you please be patient while we do our best to get the streets cleared. During the height of the storm, priority will be given to the main roadways in the event emergency vehicles are needed."

Trash collection scheduled for Wednesday, March 21, has been cancelled. The make-up day will be Saturday, March 24.
