Elections 2020: Who's Running For Lawrence Township School Board?

Nine candidates will pursue three open seats in this year's Lawrence Township Board of Education elections.

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Nine candidates are pursuing three open seats on the Lawrence Township Board of Education in November, according to the Mercer County Clerk’s Office.

School Board Vice President Dana Drake and incumbent board members Michele Bowes and Cathy LeCompte all filed petitions to run for re-election by the 4 p.m. deadline to file petitions on Monday. They are running as one slate.

Another slate consists of Tabitha Bellamy McKinley, Heather Camp and Jasmine Curti.

Patricia Hendricks-Farmer, Olufunmilola Ladigbolu and Gregory J. Johnson also filed petitions. They are each running separate campaigns.

The list remains unofficial, pending certification by the county clerk. Election Day is Nov. 3.
