Lidl To Open New Lawrenceville Store On June 9

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Lidl will be celebrating the grand opening of its new store in Lawrenceville on June 9.

The new store, located at 2497 Brunswick Ave., will be Lidl’s 18th in New Jersey.

“The Lawrence Township community is very much looking forward to Lidl opening in the Lawrence Shopping Center,” Mayor James Kownacki said in a statement.

“We feel fortunate that Lidl has chosen to locate in our town, and I am confident that our residents will show their appreciation by loyally supporting it.”

The store will operate from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Sunday.

At the grand opening, customers can avail of special offers. The first 100 customers will be presented with a special gift card ranging from $5 to $100 each. Shoppers can enter to win a $500 Lidl gift card and take advantage of special giveaways.

The new store has an “easy-to-shop layout” with environmentally-friendly designs. It will stock high-quality products from the county and have specialty European items like hard-to-find cheeses, sauces, cured meats, and more.

There will also be a fresh produce section, bakery, and flower corner.

The grand opening is scheduled for 7:40 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9.
