Number Of Power Outages In Lawrence Drops Below 1K After Storm
The number of power outages in Lawrence Township had dropped below 1,000 Wednesday afternoon.

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ — The number of power outages in Lawrence Township had dropped below 1,000 Wednesday afternoon. The estimated restoration time for the outages is 3:30 p.m. Monday.
There were a little more than 650 outages remaining in the township, according to PSE&G's outage map. Between PSE&G andJCP&L, there were around 24,000 outages in all of Mercer County.
Additionally, Pretty Brook Road is closed until further notice due to wires down, Lawrence Township police said late Wednesday morning.

JCP&L is offering free water and ice to customers remaining out of service. Customers can pick up water and ice at the following locations in Mercer County:

- Shop Rite – Pennington, 2555 Pennington Rd, Pennington
PSE&G is making water and ice available for residents who are without power. There will be no charging stations. Water and ice will be available at the Lawrence Township Municipal Building, 2207 Lawrenceville Road.
Customers will drive up to the location and not get out of the car. Staff wearing masks and gloves will put ice and water in the trunk. There will be no walk-ups permitted.
