New Lawrence Restaurant Offers Free Burritos For A Year Thursday

Moe's Southwest Grill will host a grand opening party on Thursday, Oct. 4.

LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ — The first 50 people who show up for the grand opening of Moe’s Southwest Grill on Thursday, Oct. 4, will get a free burrito to celebrate. But it’s not just for that day; the free burritos will last for an entire year.

The free burritos for a year prize entitles each winner to one burrito per week for a year at the Moe’s at 4120 Quakerbridge Road. The grand opening celebration will also include $5 burritos for all guests and a prize wheel for guests to spin and win various prizes and coupons for Moe’s.

The restaurant was founded in Georgia in 2000, and features a variety of southwestern food, from burritos to specialty items like quesadillas, nachos and stacks. Free chips and salsa come with every order and each restaurant has a salsa bar and serves Moe’s famous queso.

The restaurant has over 700 locations and also caters. The Lawrence Township location will be open Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. until 9:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.

Moe’s Southwest Grill has been recognized as the Brand of the Year in the Fast Casual Mexican Restaurant category for two years in a row based on the 2016 and 2017 Harris Poll EquiTrend Studies.
