PA Man Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Car: Lawrence PD

The 67-year-man was transported to a nearby hospital where he remains in serious condition.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — A 67-year-old man from Morrisville, PA was serious injured when he was struck by a car in Lawrence Township on Tuesday.

Around 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, the man was hit by a car at the intersection of Princeton Avenue and Spruce Street, said Lawrence Township Police.

The car was being driven by a 53-year-old Ewing resident, police said.

Police, EMS and paramedics responded to the scene. The pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital and remains in serious condition.

The case is currently being investigated by Lawrence Police Department and the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.

The area of Princeton Avenue between Spruce Street and Mulberry Street was closed for hours after the accident.
