Rider Wrestling Team Ranked No. 20 In Latest Poll
The Rider University wrestling team is ranked for the first time since 2018 after a big win over Minnesota.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — For the first time since 2018, the Rider University wrestling team is ranked in the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Coaches Poll.
Rider (2-0) is ranked No. 20 in the latest poll following a 21-17 win over wrestling giant Minnesota, which is ranked 14th. Rider also won its first ever Mid-American Conference dual at Northern Illinois, 21-17, according to the university.
The Broncs also finished second at the Keystone Classic in Philadelphia. Rider was last ranked on Jan. 30, 2018, when it was ranked No. 21. Rider returns to the mat on Friday, Dec. 6, at Bloomsburg, 7 p.m.
