Senior Center to Host Lecture on Distracted Driving

The lecture will be given at 11 a.m. April 3 at the Lawrence Senior Center. On April 17, the Senior Center will host spinal screenings performed by a physical therapist from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton.

The Lawrence Township Health Department has announced the health programs for April that will take place at the Lawrence Senior Center at 30 Darrah Lane East.

“Driven to Distraction, Don’t be a Distracted Driver,” a lecture presented by Nancy Distelcamp RN, CEN, of Capital Health System Hopewell, will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3.

And from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, a physical therapist from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton will perform spinal screenings.

The screenings are for Lawrence Township residents only. Appointments are needed for the screenings. A sign-up sheet is located at the Senior Center.
