Video Games Come to Life at Lawrence High School

Looking for something to do today? Here are some ideas.

Experience your favorite video games coming to life with Lawrence High School’s STEM Academy Video Game Science Night. Grade school and middle school-aged children will be taken into the gaming realm of classic games like Mario and Pokemon to newer hits like Candy Crush and Angry Birds. Attendees will visit ten plus rooms of different, interactive gaming experiences. Register. 6:30 p.m. 

The League of Women Voters of Lawrence Township will present"Storming for the Vote: Hurricane Sandy and the Election," a 20-minute documentary about Hurricane Sandy's impact on the 2012 Presidential Election in New Jersey. A Q&A will follow, 7 p.m.
