775 Bags Of Heroin Seized Near School In Neptune: Cops

Police say they found enough heroin to supply hundreds of doses near a school in Monmouth County this past week.
Police seized 775 bags of heroin and $1,413 on Saturday in Neptune Township and arrested two people, police said.
Michael Hall, 49, of Neptune Township was arrested by the Neptune Township Street Crimes Unit in the area of the 1600 Block of Heck Avenue during a narcotic investigation, police said. Neptune High School is about a half-mile away.

Hal was charged with: distribution of heroin, distribution of heroin in a school zone, possession of hollow-point bullets and other drug charges.
Hall was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution and held for a bail hearing, police said.

Also arrested during the investigation was Asbury Park resident Elijah Chapmon III, 27. Chapmon was charged with possession of heroin, Possession and other drug charges.
Chapmon was released on a summons.
