LITTLE SILVER, NJ — The Little Silver Police Department is inviting the community to come out and enjoy a summer evening with its officers.
The police department is participating in National Night Out on Aug. 3, an annual event held by police departments aimed to promote police-community partnerships. In Little Silver, the event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Markeim Fields, located behind borough hall.
It will feature free food, drink, games, slides, and a DJ. It will also include fire department demonstrations, crime prevention tips and emergency vehicles will be on display. For more information, email a.smith@littlesilverpolice.org.
