Gracie & the Dudes Hiring for New West Long Branch Store

is excited to be expanding into West Long Branch!  Soon to be opened in the free standing buildilng in front of the Kmart center on Highway 36, we are looking to add to our spectacular team of employees.  This is NOT a seasonal  position as we are open year round.  Duties include: Scooping ice cream, waiting on customers, ringing up on the cash register and making change, cleaning including sweeping and mopping. 

Qualities we look for in our employees: We prefer a clean cut looks, as we cater to families and children.  Any facial piercings are not permitted, nor are fake nails.  Hair must be placed back neatly at all times in a bun, ponytail, or braid and should not be just messily piled on top of the head.  You will get a shirt as a uniform.  It must be cleaned before each shift.  Additional shirts are available to purchase.  This is to be worn with either shorts or jeans.  Short shorts, more than 2" above the knee, are not permitted.  Pants with holes are not permitted.  Sweatpants are also not permitted.  Closed toe shoes must be worn. 

We specialize in super premium, high quality products made without artificial color of flavors.  We are extremely proud of our products and our brand and we expect our employees to be our best representatives.  You must be personable, clean, and not lazy. Good social skills are an absolute requirement.  This includes looking customers in the eye, speaking loud enough for them to hear you, and retaining what they have said.   Some coordination is required for this job.   Making a perfect ice cream cone is not as easy as it looks!
