Little Silver Area Man Injured In Accident: Cops
A Little Silver are man was injured in a crash on Route 72 on Tuesday, police said.

A Long Branch man was injured in a crash on Route 72 on Tuesday, police said.
The crash happened at approximately 2:30 p.m. when the Stafford Township Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 72 and Doc Cramer Boulevard, police said.
An investigation revealed that a 2015 Nissan Pickup truck – operated by Robert Kreuz, 55, of Long Branch – was traveling east in the left hand lane of travel approaching intersection, police said.

His vehicle struck the rear of a 1997 Jeep Wrangler that was stopped at the red traffic signal. The Jeep was being operated by Sierra Callahan, 20, of West Creek, police said.
Kreuz was airlifted to the Atlantic City Medical Center after sustaining multiple injuries. At this time, he is in stable condition. Alfrod suffered minor injuries, but refused medical treatment.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene, and traffic was delayed for approximately one hour.
