Little Silver To Close Off Several Roads For Trick-Or-Treating

Officials have also set a curfew for Wednesday and Thursday.

LITTLE SILVER, NJ — Drivers won't be able to use several roads while kids trick-or-treat on Halloween. The roads will close at 3:30 p.m. Thursday and reopen once fewer people are walking outside.

The following roads will close:

  • S. Sunnycrest Drive
  • N. Sunnycrest Drive
  • Sunnycrest Court
  • Little Silver Parkway
  • Carlile Terrace
Drivers traveling to and from their homes in the Sunnycrest neighborhoods will be able to enter and exit at N. Sunnycrest Road/White Road and at S. Sunnycrest Drive/Branch Avenue. Police will patrol entry at both intersections.

Carlile Terrace will be closed to all traffic at Branch Avenue, so drivers will need to enter and exit via N. Sunnycrest Drive.

A curfew will be in place for children 17 and under without an adult. The curfew is 7 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
