Natural Gas Contractor Replacing Meters Around Little Silver
New Jersey Natural Gas has hired a contractor to replace natural gas meters throughout Little SIlver and that requires home admission.

LITTLE SILVER, NJ - Now through Spring 2018, contractors for New Jersey Natural Gas will be working throughout the borough to replace natural gas meters, according to an announcement on the town website.
The work was mandated by the state Board of Public Utilities and will not cost customers any money. NJNG has hired contractor Precision Pipeline Solutions to do the work. After contractors get through with the outside meters, they will need to enter the home or business to relight the appliances, officials said. Property owners should always request to see identification from the contractor befoer allowing him or her entry into the premises and if they feel uneasy, they should call authorities.
If you are not present when the meters are replaced, workers will leave a door hanger with a telephone number to call to get them back to relight the appliances.
