NJ Assembly Passes Bill To Subsidize Monmouth Park
The bill moves to Gov. Phil Murphy, who is expected to sign it.

New Jersey's Assembly overwhelmingly passed a bill that would give Monmouth Park an annual $10 million subsidy Thursday. The legislation progresses to Gov. Phil Murphy, who is expected to sign it into law, according to BloodHorse.
If passed, the bill would provide $20 million annually over five years for purse supplements around the state, including $10 million per year for Monmouth Park. The Senate voted 40-0 on the bill Dec. 17.
