Oceanport's Sean Long is officially an Eagle Scout, an accomplishment that was recognized by the Oceanport Council on Thursday night.
Long was given a proclamation by the Oceanport Mayor Michael Mahon for completing the project that help him become an Eagle Scout.
Long raised over $1,400 and donated 1,276 pounds of food to the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties through a fundraising campaign he created.
