Oceanport's 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Guide, Scheduled Time

OCEANPORT, NJ — July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Little Silver and Oceanport so you can start planning now.

July 4th Festivities:

Where: Monmouth Park Racetrack

When: 12:50-5 p.m. July 4

Monmouth Park will celebrate America's birthday with a day of racing. Sport your favorite American flag attire to show your pride.

General parking $5

Grandstand admission $5

Children 12 and under always free

Gates open 8 a.m., First Race 12:50 p.m.

No pets allowed

Coolers and BYO are permitted in the picnic area only

Oceanfest

Where: Long Branch's oceanfront

When: July 4, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.

Oceanfest is one of New Jersey's biggest 4th of July celebrations. It's an all-day, family-friendly festival with the sights, sounds and sensations of summer. There's food, crafts, entertainment and more.
