RBR VPA Groups Take Home Top Honors in International Festival

At the 2019 Virginia International Music Festival held from April 25 through April 28, Red Bank Regional (RBR) VPA students took away outstanding honors. Participants came from high schools throughout the United States.

RBR’s accolades included:

Choir under RBR Choral teacher Nicole Hodge:

• Mixed Choir - Gold First Place
• Women’s Choir - Gold First Place
• Best Overall Vocal Soloist – Catherine Creed, Red Bank
• Grand Champions – RBR Mixed Concert Choir
• Concert Band – Gold First Place
• Jazz Band – Gold First Place
• Best Overall Instrumental Soloist – David Grant, Shrewsbury
