Red Bank Teen Charged With Assaulting Little Silver Jogger

He was charged with criminal sexual contact. Police believe he matches the suspect description of previous incidents in the last few months.

LITTLE SILVER, NJ — A Red Bank teen assaulted a woman while she was jogging Sunday in Little Silver, police said. Luis Flores was charged with criminal sexual contact.

Flores, 18, matched descriptions for similar incidents from Red Bank in the last few months, police said.

The incident took place on Seven Bridges Road. The female jogger described the man in detail to police. Patrol officers found him as he fled the area. He was placed in Monmouth County Jail.
