Are you interested in running a 5k race this year? Find a Monmouth County competition in the list below. Discounts and giveaways are sometimes offered for registering early.

A 5K is 3.1 miles long, so we've included 2 and 3-mile races as well. These races are posted on sites like JerseyRunner, Jersey Shore Running Club, RoadRaceRunner, RaceForum, Split Second Racing and RunnersWorld. It is not a complete list, because many favorite local races have not yet announced their 2014 event date yet.
