DWI Arrest For Man Driving On Flat Tire: Madison Police
Isaac M. Morgan was stopped for multiple moving violations, police said.
MADISON, NJ - A 32-year-old Hillside man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on July 6, according to the Madison Police Department.
According to authorities, shortly after midnight, Patrolman Julian Morales stopped Isaac M. Morgan's vehicle on Greenwood Avenue after observing several moving violations. According to Morales, Morgan was driving the car with a flat rear tire.
While speaking to Morgan, Morales observed signs of impairment, police said. Morgan was asked to perform field sobriety evaluations on scene and he was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, police said.

Morgan was additionally charged with failure to maintain a lane, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to signal a turn, and DWI within 1,000 feet of a school zone, police said. Morgan was later released from Madison Police custody and transported to Morristown Medical Center.
