Free Flu Shot Clinics In Madison, Chatham This Month
The Madison Health Department will hold free flu shot clinics this month for residents of Madison, Chatham and Springfield
MADISON, NJ—The Madison Health Department will offer several seasonal influenza clinics for the 2020-2021 flu season this month. There is no fee for the vaccine for residents of the Borough of Madison, Chatham Township, or Springfield Township.
The vaccine is a quadrivalent (4 strains of protection) vaccine, and is appropriate for adults and children over the age of 6 months.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 8 percent of the U.S. population gets the flu each year, with a range of between 3-11 percent, depending on the severity of the season.

Appointments are required and can be made online here or by calling the Madison Health Department at 973-593-3079 ext 1.
Face masks and social distancing are required, and Medicare participants should bring their current Medicare card.

To minimize the time spent at the clinic, patients are asked to complete and print the Flu Vaccine Consent form and bring it to the appointment. Clinic locations and hours are:
