MADISON, NJ - Those who missed the signature rotisserie chicken of La Rosa need to wait no longer as the eatery reopened for patrons with a ribbon cutting on Monday.

Mayor Robert Conley, joined by representatives from Council, the Downtown Development Commission, the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, and friends and family, cut the ribbon at the ceremony for the 306 Main Street business.

La Rosa was founded on July 5, 1994 by Vincenzo Pugliese in Marlboro and has grown into a multi-franchise food chain with 11 restaurants operating across New Jersey and New York.
