MADISON, NJ - The outdoor dining footprint in Madison is increasing as safety barricades are being installed outside local restaurants.

Officials said that the deployment began last week in order to provide a safer dining experience for the customer, while allowing for a larger capacity of seating for the restaurants.

Additional barricades will be deployed over the next week, officials said.
