Madison Emergency Agencies Will Hold Appreciation Day On October 16
Sunday, October 16 is a day to celebrate the assistance provided by Police, Fire, and Ambulance agencies in Madison.

The holiday season is upon us, which always brings to mind thoughts of saying thanks and celebrating family. In the spirit of saying thanks, the Emergency services departments in Madison will host a "First Responder Appreciation" Day on Sunday, October 16.
The event, to take place between the Madison Public Safety Building located at 62 Kings Road and the Madison Volunteer Ambulance Building at 29 Prospect Street, is one for everyone in Madison, including kids. The celebration will feature live music, food trucks, and activities for kids. Members from local and outside agencies will also be on hand in order to take part in real-life demonstrations.
"Madison Police will be collecting canned good as part of our annual food drive to benefit the Morris County Interfaith Food Pantry," said Sergeant Lisa Esposito and Corporal Luis Goncalves.
