Madison Firefighters Beat Back Garage Fire

MADISON, NJ - It was a busy Sunday morning for the Madison Fire Department as they fought a residential structure fire on Kings Road.

According to officials, there were no injuries and the fire was contained to an attached garage and a car, which was parked in the driveway. The fire also caused a heavy smoke condition in a nearby two story home which was ventilated by Rose City's Bravest.

While the cause of the fire is under investigation, officials said it appears to be accidental in nature.
