Madison Man Charged With Child Porn Possession, Distribution: PD
Gary Anderson uploaded and distributed child pornography from his home computer, authorities said.
MADISON, NJ - A 44-year-old Madison man was arrested Thursday and charged with possession and distribution of child pornography, according to authorities.
Gary Anderson used his home computer to upload images of child pornography and distributed those images between the dates of Dec. 16, 2018 and July 18, 2019, according to Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp.
The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office was first alerted to the computer upload by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Knapp said.

Anderson has been charged with two counts of the second degree crime of Endangering the Welfare of a Child for the Distribution of Child Pornography and the third degree crime of Possession of Child Pornography, officials said.
After Anderson’s arrest, he was transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court appearance scheduled for Friday, authorities said.

Morris County Prosecutor's Office Acting Chief of Investigations Robert McNally, and Madison Police Chief Darren Dachisen said that anyone with information relating to this case or any related incident is asked to call Detective/Supervisor Jazmin Munoz-Felder of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office at 973-285-6233.
Knapp thanked the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office’s Sex Crimes/Child Endangerment Unit, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Madison Borough Police Department, and the Morris County Sheriff’s Office – Criminal Investigations Section for their investigative efforts.
