Man Exposed Himself To Woman On Ride To Work: Madison Police

MADISON, NJ - A 29-year-old Elizabeth man is accused of flashing his genitals at a woman during a car ride to work, according to the Madison Police Department.

Jose A. Garcia was arrested by Detective Ken Shannon on June 26 after an investigation, police said.

According to authorities, Madison Police were contacted by a female victim who reported that Garcia had exposed his genitals to her on more than one occasion. The woman said that Garcia exposed his genitals to her while providing her a car ride to work, police said. Garcia was charged with lewdness, a disorderly person’s offense, and he was arrested at a Main Street location, police said.

Garcia was later released pending a court appearance in Madison Municipal Court.
