Museum of Early Trades and Crafts Hosting Tea Party for Kids

Participants will get to make doll companions, princess crowns and their own herbal tea with mint from the museum's garden.

A group of adorably dressed up children and their best doll friends will be gathering at the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts for a vivid and fun-filled party.

The Dolly and Me tea party will take place Aug. 16 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the museum, located at 9 Main Street in downtown Madison.

Participants dressed up in their best party attire will introduce their “guest,” make doll companions, princess crowns and their very own herbal tea with mint from the museum’s garden.

The event is limited to 25 spaces, so early registration is advised. Admission is $8 for guests and $5 for adults. The event is suitable for children 4 to 10 years old. Adults must stay with children under 6.
