MADISON, NJ — New footage emerged of a missing Drew University student who hasn't been seen since January. A surveillance camera shows Ajay Sah taking a picture on the Brooklyn Bridge hours after he was last seen on campus.
Sah, 22, was last seen on campus at about 8 p.m. Jan. 19. Authorities previously confirmed he boarded a train at the Newark Broad Street station headed for New York Penn Station.
The Nepalese international student was seen in New York City shortly after midnight Jan. 20, but no information on Sah's whereabouts emerged thereafter. But officials have now confirmed footage of Sah on the Brooklyn Bridge in the early-morning hours Jan. 20.

United States and Nepal government agencies joined in efforts to search for Sah. The Embassy of Nepal and the Consulate General of Nepal are working with the State Department and other agencies in the search, according to Drew University Vice President Frank Merckx.
Officials placed Sah's photos and information into the FBI National Crime Information Center — a primary method for increasing law enforcement's awareness of missing people. Read more: U.S., Nepal Agencies Assist In Search For Missing Drew U. Student
Sah has black hair and black eyes. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and about 125 pounds. He has been known to travel to New York City in the past and has ties to Texas.
His brother started a GoFundMe to help his family in the search. The funds will help
pay for legal and private services necessary to help find Ajay, according to Shiva Sah. The GoFundMe also contributed to Sah's parents' travel to the United States and accommodations, along with expenses required for immediate family members in finding the student.
Family members created Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages for the search for Sah.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation can contact Madison Police Det. Ryan Dunn at 973-593-3000 or dunnr@rosenet.org. Do not call to request updates.
"They are not able to share information regarding an ongoing investigation," Merckx said in a Wednesday update, "and responding to such calls takes valuable resources from the investigative work."
