MADISON, NJ — A malfunctioning traffic light is causing traffic jams Tuesday morning in Madison, police said.
The light is at the intersection of Shunpike Road and Green Village Road. Drivers are asked to avoid the area, police said.
A contractor has been notified and is on the way to fix the signal, but no restoration time is available, police said.
