Park Avenue will be closed at Ridgedale Avenue in Madison starting around 8 p.m. Thursday and people should avoid the area, according to borough police.
The road is not expected to reopen until 6 a.m., police said in an alert Monday.
Roadwork has forced closures on Madison streets since around the start of the school year.
