PHOTOS: Art Event in Madison Celebrates Artists of All Abilities

The East Brunswick-based Easterseals NJ honored its sponsors and supporters with an art gallery featuring work by program participants.

MADISON, N.J.– A non-profit that provides programs and services for people with disabilities hosted an art event at the Century 21 Real Estate headquarters in Madison to honor sponsors, donors and supporters.

The event was hosted by the East Brunswick-based Easterseals New Jersey's staff and board members Stephen Hoelper, John Glynn, Nancy Goguen, and Don Seip.

The art exhibition featured work created by participants of Easterseal's programs, according to Marketing Director Anysa Holder.

There was also an award ceremony.

Century 21 Real Estate President and Chief Executive Officer – along with his staff – received the Thrive Award, Holder said.

According to Holder, Century 21 and Easterseals NJ have been partners since 1979 and have "made a profound difference in the lives of people living with disabilities and special needs in their communities through their volunteer and fundraising participation."

Dora Onyschak and Jamie Hirschhorn from Robert Half International received the Life’s Moment’s Award "for their ongoing support, time, volunteer efforts, and fundraising participation," Holder said.
