On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at approximately 10:35 p.m., a 52-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that a credit card account was fraudulently opened up with IKEA using the victim’s personal information and $3,512.22 of items were billed to the account. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.
On Tuesday June 15, 2021, at 7:26 p.m., a 68-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that unknown actor(s) attempted to file an unemployment claim in their name. Patrolman John Lightbody handled the report.

On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at approximately 5:00 p.m., a 55-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that a line of credit was fraudulently opened up using the victim’s personal information. There was no monetary loss as a result of this incident. Patrolman James Guarino handled the report.
On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at approximately 12:49 a.m., Patrolman Brian Schank and Patrolman Douglas Zike responded to the Howell Township Police Department, who had arrested Morgan Phillips, a 21-year-old, unmarried, female resident of Freehold, who is employed as a retail associate, regarding a warrant that was issued for her arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00. Ms. Phillips was placed under arrest and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in lieu of bail. Patrolman Zike was the arresting officer.

On Monday, June 14, 2021, at approximately 5:32 p.m., a 26-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that an unknown suspect harassed her on numerous occasions by trying to speak with her while in the area of Amberly Drive. No complaints were assigned as a result of this incident. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report.
On Monday, June 14, 2021, at approximately 5:00 p.m., employees of the Wegmans Supermarket, located at 55 Route 9 south in Manalapan, reported that at approximately 6:00 pm on June 13, an unidentified male passed a counterfeit $100.00 bill in the store. Patrolman Charles Alaimo handled the incident.
On Thursday, June 14, 2021, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a 46-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that in April of 2021, an unknown actor removed a package from the victim’s residence. Patrolman Jeremy Slad handled the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Sunday, June 13, 2021, at approximately 5:00 p.m. employees of the Wegmans Supermarket, located at 55 Route 9 south in Manalapan reported that at approximately 7:00 p.m. on June 12, an unidentified male shoplifted $696.76 worth of merchandise. Patrolman Charles Alaimo handled the report. Which is pending further investigation.
On Saturday, June 12, 2021, at approximately 1:34 p.m., a 38-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that an unknown actor(s) utilized their personal information to open a checking account without their authorization. There was no monetary loss as a result of this incident. Patrolman Joseph DeFilippis handled the report.
On Friday, June 11, 2021, at 4:49 p.m., Vasyl Dmytryshyn, a 34-year-old married, self-employed, male resident of Lakewood Township, turned himself in at Manalapan Township Police Department Headquarters for a warrant that had been issued for his arrest by the Manalapan Township Municipal Court in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Dmytryshyn was processed and released after posting bail. Patrolman Jeremy Slad was the arresting officer.
On Friday, June 11, 2021, at 2:50 p.m., a 65-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that he was threatened by a 38-year-old Barnegat resident who was conducting work at an Astor Drive residence. Patrolman Ryan Brady handled the report, which is pending the signing of private citizen complaints.

On Thursday, June 10, 2021, at approximately 3:29 p.m., a 54-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that in December of 2020, the victim had paid a male subject $400.00 to repair a broken fence at a Kilmer Drive residence. The actor then failed to complete the work as required. Patrolman Philp Accatatta handled the report, which is pending further investigation.
