'Best of Boardwalk' Teen Event at Monmouth County Library

1. Weather: The National Weather Service is calling for a mostly cloudy day with a high temperature around 83. There will also be a possible thunderstorm and rain showers. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with the low temperature around 70. 

2. Country Singer: Howell native Brittany Hadley will be performing at the Battleground Country Club on Friday at 9 p.m. Hadley is a country-pop singer who currently hails from Nashville. 3. End of Summer Reading Event: The Monmouth County Library is holding a “Best of the Boardwalk” event tonight from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This “End of Summer Reading Event” is open to all teenagers entering the sixth grade and up. There will be classic boardwalk games such as foosball, skeeball, ring toss, bean toss, and modern games like Wheel of Fortune and Dance Dance Revolution. Snacks and pizza will be served. This free program requires registration and there are many spaces available. You can register at the Monmouth County Library website or by calling 732-431-7220 ext. 7222.
