Coldwell Banker Dedicates Conference Room To Stanley Komito
Colleagues and family honor beloved real estate agent who passed away in April
MANALAPAN, N.J. (June 26, 2019) – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Marlboro/Manalapan real estate office dedicated a conference room on June 25 to Stanley Komito, a beloved colleague and fellow real estate agent who passed away in April.
Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, led the dedication ceremony for the Stanley Komito Conference Room. He was joined by Stanley’s wife, Bonnie Komito; their children and grandchildren; Bruce Zipf, Realogy executive advisor and former president and CEO of NRT, which owns Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; Maureen Passerini, retired executive vice president of NRT’s Northeast and Eastern Seaboard Regions; Dan Mancuso, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York; Alice Schoemann, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marlboro/Manalapan; and 50 agents from the Marlboro/Manalapan office.
Komito was affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Marlboro/Manalapan office for 32 years. He was a successful top producer, having earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award and the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the Gold Level among his many accolades.
