D’Amato, Porcaro Lead Manalapan BOE Race: Unofficial Results

As of Friday, John D'Amato was leading in the Manalapan-Englishtown Board of Education race.

MANALAPAN, NJ - As of Friday, candidate John D’Amato was leading in the Manalapan-Englishtown Board of Education race, according to unofficial results from the Monmouth County Clerk's Office.

Running in the full-term race (with three seats open) are John D'Amato, Dorothy B. "Dotty" Porcaro, Ryan Urgo and Sunil Polepalli. Porcaro currently serves as board president, while Urgo is currently a board member.

Present board member Brian Graime is running for reelection unopposed for a one-year unexpired term.

RYAN URGO: 24.84%, 9,575 votes
SUNIL POLEPALLI: 18.24%, 7,030 votes
DOROTHY B. PORCARO: 27.83%, 10,727 votes
