Expect the power to come back on by 4 p.m. Thursday at the latest, Jersey Central Power & Light says. The worst power outages are reported in areas around Englishtown, Helmetta, Matawan, Keyport, the Leonardo section of Middletown, Highlands and Red Bank, JCP&L said. Trees took down several power lines in Wednesday night’s storm, causing the outages.
