Four Cars Burglarized on Springhouse Circle
Manalapan police are investigating five car burglaries, four of which took place on one night on one street.

Four vehicles were burglarized on Springhouse Circle during the early morning hours of July 20, according to police. All four of the cars were illegally entered while they were parked in their driveways and were unlocked, police said.
While nothing was stolen from one of the cars, the three other cars had items missing. A wallet valued at about $100 and containing $50, a driver’s license and other documents was stolen from one car, a Magellan GPS valued at $75 was stolen from another car, and Chanel sunglasses valued at $450 were stolen from the third car, according to police.
On July 19, a 19-year-old man told police that his car was burglarized at some point between July 17 at 10 p.m. and July 19 at 7:30 p.m. The car was also unlocked at the time of the burglary, police said. The car’s owner said that a Makita variable speed grinder and his prescribed medications were removed from the car. The stolen items are valued at $235, according to police.
