Free Yoga Classes At Manalapan Library This January
Free beginners' yoga classes in the library on Symmes Drive on (most) Monday nights this January! Classes start at 7 p.m. Mondays.
MANALAPAN, NJ — If being more active or trying something new is on your New Year's resolution list, check out these free yoga classes offered all throughout January 2019 at the main branch of the Monmouth County Library, located at 125 Symmes Drive in Manalapan.
Grab a towel or mat and join other yoga beginners on Monday nights, Jan. 7, Jan. 14 and Jan. 28 at library headquarters. The doors open at 6:30 and the class starts at 7 p.m.
The classes will be taught by yogi Steven Russell, of Becoming Sound LLC, Yoga & Massage. This will be considered a beginners' introduction to yoga.
