On Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., a 68-year-old Manalapan resident reported that an unknown actor(s) used the victim’s information to make an unemployment claim in another state. No monetary loss was reported as a result of this incident. Patrolman Morgan Joiner handled the report.
On Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at approximately 10:01 a.m., patrol officers responded to the area of Symmes Road for a report of a hit and run motor vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that Tabitha Feliciano, a 37-year-old, unmarried, unemployed, female resident of Manalapan Township was driving while intoxicated. Ms. Feliciano was placed under arrest and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where she was processed and released after being issued summonses. Patrolman Ryan Brady was the arresting officer.

On Monday, April 12, 2021, at approximately 6:28 p.m., loss prevention employees from the Target store, located at 55 Rt. 9 South in Manalapan reported that unknown actors removed $1,700.00 worth of merchandise and exited the store without paying. The actors fled the store through a fire exit located in the rear of the store. The incident was handled by Patrolman Mathew Mattia and is pending further investigation.
On Monday, April 12, 2021, at approximately 5:33 p.m., a 42-year-old Manalapan Township resident reported that between Saturday, April 10, and Monday, April 12, 2021, unknown actors unlawfully entered the victim’s vehicle and removed a wallet and its contents valued at approximately $100.00 while it was parked at a Barrister Lane residence. Patrolman Philip Accatatta took the report, which is pending further investigation.

On Friday, April 9, 2021, at approximately 1:41 p.m, a 63-year-old resident of Portsmouth, Virginia reported that an unknown individual cashed a fraudulent check in the amount of $38,424.28 in Manalapan, NJ on August 26, 2021. Patrolman Kevin Ruditsky handled the report, which is pending further investigation.
On Friday, April 9, 2021, at approximately 10:43 a.m., Patrolman Kyle Williams conducted a motor vehicle stop on Tennent Road for a motor vehicle violation. The passenger, Jhad Meadows, a 30-year-old, unmarried, male, resident of Bloomfield, NJ, who is employed as a landscaper, was found to have a warrant that was issued for his arrest by the Bloomfield Municipal Court in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Meadows was arrested and transported to Manalapan Township Police Headquarters where he was processed and released after receiving a new court date. Patrolman Kyle Williams was the arresting officer.
On Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at approximately 10:23 a.m., a 55-year-old resident of Manalapan Township reported that an unknown actor used the victim’s credit card to make three separate online purchases totaling $102.00. Patrolman Reginald Grant handled the report.
