'Jersey Shore' Star Arrested For Domestic Violence: Reports
"Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been arrested for domestic violence again, reports say.

LOS ANGELES – Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was arrested on Thursday after he was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident in Los Angeles, according to reports.
Los Angeles Police Department sources said that the "Jersey Shore" star, 35, was taken into custody at 11:50 a.m., according to Fox News. Ortiz-Magro is currently on probation after he accepted a plea deal in a previous domestic violence case involving his ex-girlfriend Jen Harley, who is the mother of Ortiz-Magro’s three-year-old daughter, Ariana, the report said.
Harley was not involved in Ortiz-Magro’s latest alleged incident, according to the report. In May 2020, Ortiz-Magro pleaded no contest to a single count of domestic battery and one count of resisting arrest, Us Weekly reported.

Ronnie was released at 7:18 after posting bail, which was set at $100,000 according to TMZ. He was picked up and left in the white Mercedes our camera caught leaving the police station.
His attorney, Scott Leemon, tells TMZ: "We have just learned of the new allegations against Ronnie and need some additional time to further investigate. As such, we will not be making any other statements at this time.”

Ortiz-Magro was arrested in Hollywood Hills in 2019 for attacking his girlfriend, according to police. The reality TV star, who has been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence before, reportedly had to be tased by police after allegedly brandishing a knife and chasing his girlfriend.
In that case, he was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and booked on $100,000 bail, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Jeff Lee. According to Fox11 Los Angeles, police broke down the door to get into the home, believing Ortiz-Magro's child was inside the home and in danger.
Then, Ortiz-Magro was arrested after allegedly "striking Jen Harley, chasing her with a knife and, eventually, forcing cops to tase him," TMZ reported. "Ronnie and his GF, Jen — who've been on and off due to several violent incidents — got into another heated argument early Friday morning ... at an Airbnb they're renting in L.A."

"As we've seen in the past ... the argument got out of hand quickly, because we're told Ronnie allegedly slapped and punched Jen ... who then went running out of the house, screaming for help," according TMZ.
In that case, the website cited law enforcement sources claiming that that Ortiz-Magro chased Harley with a knife while holding their 18-month-old daughter. Officers Arrested Ortiz-Magro after the couple went back into the house, according to TMZ, which noted that Fox11 Los Angeles broke the story.
In July 2019, Harley was cleared of domestic battery stemming from an alleged fight with Ortiz-Magro in Las Vegas on New Year's eve.
