Man Masturbates in Front of Manalapan Business
The man ran when he realized two employees had seen him, police said.
The Manalapan Police Department are looking for a man who reportedly masturbated in public view at the Epicentre Shopping Center on Route 9 last Saturday.
Patrolmen were dispatched to the location at around 10:45 p.m. after a receiving a call about a man masturbating in view of two employees of a business within the shopping center.
The victims described the man as Hispanic, approximately 5'6", in his late thirties, and wearing jeans, a white t-shirt and having a gray sweatshirt wrapped around his body at the time of the incident, according to police.

When the man realized he was noticed by the employees, he ran from the area of Marshall's toward Wegmans, police said.
