Upon news of the positive test result, the Manalapan High School administration consulted with the Manalapan Health Department to determine if the infected individual had close contact with other members of the team. As a result, all team members are required to quarantine for 14 days as of Oct. 7, “due to the close contact nature of football”.
No student confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19 attended the varsity football game against Howell High School on Friday, Oct. 9, Policastro added.
