Manalapan Man Indicted on Theft Charge

The Monmouth County Grand Jury has indicted Michael Lobue of Manalapan on a theft charge within the Township. 

According to the indictment issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Lobue, 33, stole jewelry, a purse, and clothing valued at over $500 from one individual. The thefts took place on diverse dates between April 1 and June 19 of this year, the indictment said. 

An indictment is a formal charge and not a conviction. A defendant is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
