Manalapan & Perth Amboy Coaches Get Into Fight At Football Game
The coaches took the rivalry off the field at Sunday's football game
MANALAPAN, NJ-- Taking the rivalry off the field, the coaches from the Manalapan and Perth Amboy rec football teams got into a fight on Sunday, according to police.
Police responded to the Manalapan Township Recreation Center football field just after 2:00 PM on Sunday after receiving a call about a large fight.
The two rivaling coaches, both 45-years-old, said they were struck by the other but were not injured, police said.
